I only have one, a H001T, so its my favorite. I kept the factory open sights just for a change of pace since all my other .22s are scoped. I can't really say how accurate it is because the open sights don't lend themselves to accuracy in my hands, especially at 50 yards. But, I love shooting it. In fact, everyone in the family loves shooting it. Slow fire or fast-as-you-can, it is a delight.

It is a plinking gun around the cabin, and many cans, clay pigeons, old toasters, and other assorted threats have met their demise while the Henry was in action. I mean, who DOESN"T like shooting one of these slick-cycling, trim wood-stocked fine little rifles? Nobody.

I had an H001, two H001T's, and a H001TM. They were all great guns, but the new H001TLB Frontier Long Barrel that replaced them is the best of the bunch.

1) I only have the SGC right now, so of course that is my favorite.

2) Henry has an impressive variety of rimfire offerings. Between the H001 and H004 styles there is something for most everyone. I think right now I would be leaning towards an H001 classic if I were to get another. The H004S (Silver Boy) looks good to me also, but is probably harder to find and would be a bit more expensive.

I need to handle an example of the H004 series to see the difference in overall feel for myself. May end up with both eventually, or even more!

Thumbs up henry big loop carbine

the best of both worlds, short, lite, fast pointing and accurate. I added a hi viz front sight to mine, great sight picture improvement. slick lever action.

Son has a H001Y, I would like to get a H001 just to match his, but the H001TLP caught my eye as it comes with the octagon barrel, large loop and a skinner sight. I think my son would be jealous if I came with all that though.

.22LR Small Game Carbine! Love to take it with me when walking my property lines.

However, I've been itching for a Small Game Rifle in .22 Magnum lately........

I only have two, an early NY made Golden Boy and a later standard model. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure if the standard model was made in NY or NJ. Anyway, the Golden Boy is my favorite of the two. The early ones like this had a very fine bead sight on the front and a black painted forearm band, rather than the larger bead and gold tinted band. Love shooting it at steel plates and clay pigeons out at 100 yards.

I bought the Frontier, kike the heavier bbl and the higher comb. Comb is still too low for a scope tho.

I would have to say my Hoo1T Frontier 20'' barrel is my favorite, as it's my only Henry at the moment. I did choose this model over all the others, I like the heavier 20'' barrel, the sights it came with, and the classic look. I did change the buck-horn for a flat top. It's been a great shooter.
