Been considering the Z2 in .22LR as the next purchase. A quick look online indicates "Sold Out". Any thoughts on re-stocking timeline?

They are hard to come buy seems like. More 17 HMRs floating around than 22.

I don't know how close you are to Fishersville, but Dominion Outdoors there had two a while back. I ordered a .22wmr from them and they had it within a week. Things may be totally different now. Good luck.

Tnx Shenandoah; I was in Fishersville/Dominion yesterday; nothing I had to have at that time though. Appreciate the heads-up. I'll pass that way a little more often.

I've had one on order for about 4 months now... The first estimated time of delivery was 4-6 weeks... exercising patients I checked in after 8 weeks, the follow up expected delivery time was 4-6 weeks... Maybe before fall squirrel season opener.

I think Scott with Styer told me they were six thousand 22 lr versions behind and the last batch to make it across the pond was a quantity of six hundred.

I got a call from Steyr last week from an email I sent in October.

They said they will have more in, in May sometime and would give me a call back then.

Tnx Dallee - I only got blank stares from my LGS when I asked about Steyr.

Per the Steyr Newsletter for April 25!

"Today, we’re excited to announce that the Zephyr II is now in stock at dealers everywhere! With the Zephyr’s pedigree and glowing accolades, they’re disappearing off shelves quickly…so if your local dealer is already out, ask them to contact their distributor. The Zephyr II will be breezing into your gun safe before you know it. Click here to find a dealer."

However - looking at Gun Deals and a few other dealers online . . . I only see 17 HMR & 22 WMR versions . . . no 22 LR.

Mine was delivered last Friday but have been unable to get away. Tomorrow morning I'll be going to pick it up. My dealer ordered six in 22 lr when he ordered mine. I don't know if all six arrived or if they are just trickling in. I'll see what he has in stock tomorrow.
