soft pistol case for 6.88 barreled rugers?

I have a case I love for my Mark III 5.5" target, but I now have 5 6 7/8 barreled Rugers. 2 stainless hunters, 2 stainless Comp Slabsides, and a Mark II Government.

I now need cases that can accommodate that extra 1.5" ish length. Eventually they will have red dot optics on them all. If it holds 2 pistols, its a bonus, but not a deal breaker.

Any you know of from personal experience that fit the longer barrels with optics, and room for magazines as well? If the manufacturers have them in different colors, that would help identify them as I grab them from the safe.

Check Tandemkross.com. They have some nice bags that I know my Black Mamba fit in. It's got a 6 inch barrel and a 1 inch compensator on it.

There bag also has space for your magazines.

My MKIII with 8" Tactical Solutions upper and absurdly fat homemade grips lives happily in an 8 x 16 "Redhead" rectangular case from Bass Pro Shops. Lots of room and there's an outside pocket. Can't remember the price but I'm sure it was not expensive.

Some of my favorite inexpensive handgun cases came from Ace Case from St. Clair, MO. Very good rugged and yet soft interior cases for the money spent.

I bought a ProCase tactical pistol case and I really like it. It is well padded and holds 2 guns. One of mine is a 6 in standard with a red dot and it fits fine. It is small, not a lot of money, and does the job quite well.

thank you all for the helpful ideas. What I did find is a double S&W M&P logo'd 14" long case, so maybe an extra inch longer than I need. Great padding, and opens flat. I got 2 from Midway, and did a NRA round-up too.

Here is a link to Wal Mart, which has far more pics. https://www.walmart.com/ip/M-P-Smith...s-By/107927210

I did find some great other bags mentioned here, and I think one will be perfect for my 2 10mm pistols. A RIA Rock Ultra 1911a2 5" double stack, and a Glock 40 MOS, which has a 6" barrel.

Where my partner and I stomp around in the woods in the North Cascades collecting rocks and minerals, there are aggressive cougars and even smaller grizzlies. The Glock is plastic and stainless, and not too heavy. I prefer the 1911a2, but %%%% it is one heavy pistol.

And thanks again for all the suggestions. I have the Lobos ultra low red dot mounts on the way, and now have the right cases on the way. I can now mount everything up, and fill the cases with the pistols and magazines.

I have 5 complete Mark Rugers, a complete first gen 22/45, and 2 spare uppers.

And as luck would have it, the day after I ordered the cases from Midway, I got 2 In Stock alerts from them. Sigh...........

Boyt has a nice padded case that will carry something w/ about a 14" barrel.

Zipper on 3 sides and can be unzipped and laid out flat. Also has strong heavy carrying handles. Cost was about $35, 8 yrs or so ago.

Boyt Harness Company Rectangular Handgun Case--

3 sizes(I didnt realize they made it 3 ways.)
9x6, 13x7 and 16x10.

I guess I have the big one.
