I have a question regarding treating wooden cookware and eatware.
Anyone remember if 'noremf'/George ever made a recommendation for what to treat wooden-ware with?
I know there are lots of ideas on it, and Ive used lots of them in the past, Im only interested in what his rec. was and hopefully a link to a thread with comments about such.

I assume you have done a Google search for your answer. For me, I use food grade mineral oil on my cutting boards, etc. and the internet suggests it for wooden eating utensils. I even scrounged a wooden table top someone had set out for the trashman, sanding it down and applying several coats of food grade mineral oil over several days. I use it for butchering deer on the kitchen table. Having parents who survived the Great Depression, learning to re-purpose "stuff" was an important part of life I learned growing up.
