Wasn't happy with anything out there for my Spectre II, so I designed a better one for myself - this aligns the baffles and keeps them aligned when assembling the can.

Thanks -

I hate guys making sales posts in the forums, and this was not that - I just really like how the tool turned out :-) but I could do a run of these. If you'd like one, PM me and we'll work it out.

Are these essential for non-contact bullet flight thru the baffles?? I was under the impression a well made device would not need to have "slop" aligned.

Aligning the clips aids in consistency and less impact shift. Manufacturers suggest reassembling this way also. The rod just makes it much easier. I'm plan on experimenting with staying aligned but at different rotations like 1oclock or 6 o'clock to see if it will change impact, good or bad.

Many manufacturers also say that aligning baffles makes for a quieter can. I do try to align the clips with the engraving the same every time for repeatable POI shift. I haven't felt the need to experiment with changing that alignment. But one might do so if POI shift with can is large.

Looks quite similar to my pistol cleaning rod.
