A Form 3 to a dealer? From what I've read; about 3 months.

Thanks. I wasn't sure which form (obviously). The purchase is an investment and I hope to not shoot it, but will feel better when it is home.

Crazy short wait times for the form 4's, congrats.

If my trust has a similar wait time, I'll be getting my Octane 45 very soon!!!

Form 4, Individual; mailed on 3/16/15, approval on 7/8/15, rec'd the paperwork ~one week later.
So four months, door-to-door. Can't complain.

Form 4 trust approved for the Octane 45! 4.5 months. Exactly half the time it took for an individual form 4 for my Sparrow a year ago

I hope my Form 4 trust doesn't take much longer than yours did or I won't have a 30 cal can for deer season. From the graph at nfatracker the times are getting longer for trusts but shorter for individuals

What can are you getting Jeremy? And what you putting it on? A thirty cal suppressor is what I'll be buying next

I have a Liberty Chaotic sitting in jail that will probably be used on my Bushmaster ORC 308 for deer hunting and possibly on a 300 blackout

I thought about getting the Liberty Freedom but it is 1.5 x 10" and the Chaotic is 2 x 6" and the Chaotic is only an ounce heavier so I went with the shorter one as the scopes on the AR rifles I have shouldn't be affected

We have a new ATF record on a Supressor. My son mailed his off on June 3rd, it was sign ed on July 25th.
He received it in the mail on Aug.10th. I don't know if he being an LEO comes into play or not. I doubt it-kc

Did he file form 4 as an individual? The waiting times on those are dropping and the wait on Form 4 trusts are climbing
