I've got a new T1X in 22lr and it jams when trying to load the last round from the magazine. Once in awhile it will come close to jamming on the 8th or 9th round but with a little extra force it will load. The tenth round always jams. If I try to force it, it shears a piece of the bullet off and tillts the bullet. Almost always get a flier from the few tenth rounds that will load. Anyone else experience this? If so what's the fix? A new magazine?

Check the torque of the action screws

I tightened mine too much and it did what you are talking about. I loosened both screws to about 25 from 40 like the factory recommends and viola, no more jams.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! Loosening the action screws worked like a charm 35 in/lbs was what worked best with my particular rifle. I never would have thunk it with the mag well attached to the action.
I owe you a beer. Or two.
Thank you again

Well, I'm glad that was worked out so easily! I thought we had a real problem. Thanks 410Jim. I don't have a torque wrench, but decades of redneck gunsmithing has taught me a thing or two. If it is getting hard to turn...don't turn it anymore. And not just because your lazy but because too tight can cause damage. "Moderation in all things" That saying holds true even if you don't have a torque wrench. And don't forget to apply that rule to women.
