I watched on youtube, Keith Floyd, British TV chef, no deceased. I used to watch his show when it was on in the 90s. What a riot. He did a country pheasant that looked so good, and is simple. two pheasant breasts, onion, butter, olive oil, mushrooms, and cream. First, in a hot pan of butter and oil, do the onion, until done, take out, cover the pheasant in flour, and do both sides in the pan. Take them out, then the mushrooms go in, with some cream and stir. When done put the onions back in, and ladle over the pheasant. I also added some garlic and a gourmet pepper I found. Simple and delish.

Heh, I was just thinking about him last week (wondering if he was still alive and such).

I remember as he cooked on his show, if there was a liquor bottle of some type in the vicinity, he always stopped for a good slurp (or two).
