streetglide, if you are asking about something like the Umarex/Walther .22 lr pistols, They are marked somewhere on the right side of the frame with DE for Germany. Then there should be two other letters that give the year of manufacture. BA = 2010, BB = 2011, BC = 2012, etc. Not sure exactly what pistol you are inquiring about but if Umarex built it there should be a two letter code near the proof and proof house legend. 1917

Here's an example of a 2010 Streetglide. Congratulations, love mine. Good suppresser hosts too.

Yes Streetglide, just as 1917-1911M said. Right side of the pistol, 2 letter code starts with a B.

Not sure about general consensus Papatrout but I never regretted buying my Gold Cup version (adjustable sights.) Fun plinker and great host for my Sparrow.

Acceptable accuracy for a $400 shooter, no idea on longevity but so far I'm not seeing any weird wear after a couple bricks.

I have a gold cup also. Like that it has adjustable sight. Rather weak recoil spring. I have purchased a replacement. Wolff I think can't really remember. Also added a Hughes adapter for can. Accurate little pistol, at least to about 25 yards. Seems to be made out of pot metal not thrilling but no problems thus far.

Another thumbs up for the Walther Colt. I also have the Gold Cup Trophy. I bought it new in 2012. It goes to the range with me every time. I have well over 20K rounds through it. A ton of fun for only $400.

Sexy looking rig 824tsv! Where'd you get those grips?

Thanks for your service too. A buddy of mine is retired Toronto SWAT. He tells good stories
