This one will hang with some good bolt guns like Suhl 150's and Anshutz 54's.

Joe Chacon smithed Douglas 24" custom barrel
ABRA Tony Mele stock
Grand Master receiver
Grand Master 1lb trigger
JWH bolt and Kidd handle
J&L PRX II tuner
Weaver T36 dot crosshair

That group below is 1/7th the area of a dime.

Not a true bench-rest rifle by any stretch.
But still a nice piece of Kit.

Anschutz 1727F-22 CISM
NF Competition Fixed 42x-44mm.
Tier One EVO Bipod.
Costco Micro Fiber Towel.
Portektor Custom Rear Bag.

This rifle has shot quiet a few solid targets posted on several RFC threads, but this was my very first ever USBR (Green Monster) target.
Shot it last week at 50yds as a fouling target for my monthly 50yd Rimfire Match. The sighter group (Squeaky clean 1st 5 shots) looked so good, I just kept on shooting.
It's a keeper for sure. Bull #13 has a scoring plug in it.

Smooth

Here's a picture from last summer with all of its parts installed, along with a Tuner and Bipod that was not used when shooting the above target.

Ordered from the Custom Shop - Anschutz North America.
Very Nice, seeing the benches brings back memories shooting there, if the wind is not a problem the benches are, if you can shoot there you can shoot just about anywhere else.
do you know Stan and Randy? they are regulars there Stan shoots a bunch of different rifle Calfee Turbo is one of them and Randy shoots a Falcon custom.

I fell out of touch with them, been a few years.

"if the wind is not a problem the benches are" Ain't this the truth?

It's always windy there... we can only hope for 15 second lulls for the wind to die down. Sometimes it just doesn't let up.

The benches are also something else. They are high, some are low, some have fixed bench seats, some movable but really narrow, some have crooked planks that don't allow a rear bag to sit properly.........

Our group tries to go to the right-hand side of the rifle range, but not to the extreme right where the 50-yard target holes go downwards into a gulch.....

You should come back to Hawaii now and then.......
