How well do the Leupold 11mm rings fit the 452 Trainer dovetail,I am going to be mounting a 2-7x28 Leupold rimfire scope I know there are lots of rings that will fit but I want to use the Leupold's because they are available locally at a shop here.If someone has a photo of the fit on the 11mm dovetail that would be great!

I tried a pair and the fit was terrible.
They have a curvature that is too shallow to clear the top of the rail. This forces the ring to set canted over to one side.

I returned mine.

Older ones supposedly do work well, but not the new ones.

Do not recommend.

I had the same experience as Briar. The rings seemed to lean to one side when I tried them on my 455. I ended up mounting one of the rings in the opposite direction (turned it 180 deg) to confirm misalignment between both rings. There was a significant mismatch between the axis of the front and the rear ring. I ended up using Zee rings and J&P adapters.

One of the group had the same Leupold scope with 7.3 Warne rings (Med) he put a picture up.

I went with those as the price was good and no issues with quality.

Dot goes down for the 11mm (dual clamp that can do 3/8 or 11MM depending on orientation.

Tested yesterday and they worked perfectly. I would call them by far the best bang for the buck. I don't mind paying higher prices if its needed but for a 22 you just need solid rings, the Warnes fill the bill (my cost was $27)
