Thanks RVER. The grips are a recent addition from a maker that is no longer making grips but I loved his work, these are spalted Maple. Wife's been playing with photography a bit lately and I tossed the Six on her to do list. I think she made it look pretty good.

2 Single Sixes and a New Model Blackhawk.
Bottom: Super single Six sporting a Super Blackhawk steel grip frame, no longer nose heavy, no love for the xr3-red. Zebra wood grips, I don't know why, I keep buying them.
Middle: Bisley single six, stock except for a bullseye ejector rod from those fellas in N.M.
Top: New Model Blackhawk convertable, Bisley conversion. My first conversion. Couldn't justify the expense to convert the single six after I did this one, so I bought a used Super Blackhawk frame.
The Bisley Single Six came up for sale cheaper than the Blackhawk conversion cost me. Had to pull the trigger on it. Literally.

That is a dandy. Take good care of that and it will last several lifetimes.
