Lightbulb "Patent Pending"...Lever loading "Click-Clack"

Tired of reaching up and fumbling for that tiny "Charging Handle" for that first shot? Don't wanna have to trim any material offa that expensive aftermarket stock to make the handle more accessible?

Fret, no more!

TG2003--

Charge with lever and still shoot "semi". (working on way to add "select action" switch for pure "Lever-Action" shooting.)

If you ever get it perfected, I'll take two! Maybe it can even be fitted for use on CD's Anihilator?

Alright Ski, Is that for real or are you pulling my leg?

Actually I think that might be an interesting idea. I shoot bowling pins with my 10/22 sometimes and I know what a pain it is to work that little bolt handle when your in a hurry. Especiall with a scope on top of the rifle! One misfire and your out of the game. Be nice to be able to just slap my hand down and back up to work the action!

Ski, you gotta be twins. One man just couldn't come up with all the good ideas you have. WOW, it's really scary. Hmmmm, John Browning, Bill Ruger, ... SKI ..., Hmmmmm, has a nice ring to it. But what a marvelous idea. I LOVE lever actions and I REALLY love my 10-22 Maaaaaaagnuuuuuuummmmmmmmm. A combo, fantastic. Go fer it, big guy. You da man.

Stop the fumbling

Get a PC extended bolt handle. If your right handed, use your left hand to reach up and pull the handle back and visa versa for those that are left handed. I use my left hand to pop the magazine out, grab another loaded one and push it in and with the same motion reach up and charge the first round.
Just take a couple of seconds.

Bolt Action with Controlled round Feed?

T-rrific Idea ski! How about adding in a Mauser style bolt action feature, also ? Or perhaps a sidelock, break open shotgun style, for easy barrel cleaning, with Purdy In- graveing? Maybe throw in an optional Belt Feed Attachment, Too!

BTW,

Didn't Marlin have a similar idea in the 60's?

IIRC, they called theirs the Lever-Matic... model 57 maybe.

{shrug} Of course, Remington tried a bottle-necked sub .22 caliber magnum round in the '70s... perhaps the time is right for the "Lever-ski"!

I got a Marlin 57M Levermatic as a graduation gift in the 8th grade (1959). First 22 Mag. I had ever seen. Wish I still had it. It was a very short throw lever action but just lever action, nothing auto loading about it. Lots of good memories with that gun.

Ya Know...

you can put a MAG lever on a lr. Gunparts sells them for around $12, just have to switch the rod and spring over.

Yupp..but with that lever, you can take the charging handle off cause you would have no use for it...

Thumbs up It's good,but it needs a little tweek'in

That leaver handle needs a big loop
on it,like Chuck Conners had on his
in The Rifleman.
Bet you would get more respect at the range.
Load up,spin the rifle around your
hand, then rip off ten down range.
Then spin the rifle around your hand again, blow the smoke off the end of the
barrel.
Hey, where everybody go.
Hmmm must of had something to do at
home.
