I also use the OneShot to spray out the firing/striker pin channels in my pistols. Keeps them from getting gummed out, and I find the coating it leaves actually helps stop gunk from accumulating (in the 10/22 too).

Hornady One Shot Gun Lube and Cleaner works very well. I use it on my 10/22 Target. It leaves no mess, no white residue, nothing!

which Hornady One Shot are y'all using? It looks like there's a few different options.

me too

Got a can of Hornady One Shot, used it in 2 of my 10/22s, they seem to like it.

Although Rem Nylons are supposed to run totally dry, I am tempted to put a little spritz on the bolt to see how it works. Anybody tried this already??

I'm impressed enough with the One Shot in my 10-22, I am thinking about trying it in the receiver of some of my AR 15 types, especially the gas impingement model. I don't see much advantage in the piston operated model. I am also going to give it a try in my little Sig P 938, a micro size 1911 type 9mm I use as a pocket pistol. With one shot it should not attract as much dust as oil and grease.

Have some "Otis Special Forces Dry Lube" I picked up on a closeout special at the blue box store and some Rem DriLube. Going to have to try one of those in the 10/22 this go 'round.
