It is great to see the first games in this new competitive time to start to pop up. Good luck to all that choose to shoot

Will either or both of these rifles meet the SuperSport specs.
I believe from reading the description that they both will, I just want to be sure.
Kidd Supergrade .22

Volquartsen Fusion .17hmr

Personally I say the more the merrier. However, the VQ may be a little too tactical for supersport.

I'm interested to see what everyone else says.

That for-end wasn't designed to give it a tactical look believe it or not. The tube unscrews to allow for a quick barrel change.

The back end is a McMillain copy of the Anschutz Silhouette stock, so again not tactical.

However I do agree it does look somewhat tactical, just saying that wasn't the intent.
Whatever is decided is fine with me.

Interesting, I didn't know that about those rifles. Very cool.

Sounds like it should be in to me.

Top one for sure and if it was my decision yes to the bottom one too even though it is not quite as traditional as I read the rules I can not find a reason to say no. I say shoot them.

The Kidd is well within the guidelines.

The Volquartsen looks a little tactical, but lacks any of the features I feel would make it truly tactical.

I will allow them both.

Oh and by the way, those are two very nice rifles. Enjoy the games.

Thank you all for your input, comments, and the final approval.

I assume from the title that were trying to shoot a three group average out of four of less than .375 inches in comparison to the 1/2 inch at 50yds 10/22 match.

I'm only asking because I wasn't part of the formation discussion.

Also I won't be abel to shoot or post for several weeks because I'm practicing for my world famous (Wile E. Coyote Rimfire 100) match coming up on the 16th.

Vincent the rules say "any SuperSport Heavy rifle".

You will have to build a heavy barreled rifle, and shoot a new card.

Remember that the SuperStock rifles were voted not to be included in this forum.
