Hey 454ho...I just checked out my Remington AJH019 ammo. It is the exact same label as the
4305 stuff right down to the UPC number. The same cheesy black box too. And the cartridge
has the same color tip also. One thing I've noticed is my Eley ammo is losing that bright blue
color and kind of turning to a plum color..?

Yes I've got the same thing and my tips were already purple when I got them.

Interesting. I did some google-fooing and found a picture of a box of Remington Mach 2 with the AJ lot number. Definitely looks like the Eley packaging. This one is lot number AJ8022, which has not been mentioned in this thread, so I added it to the list. I'm curious as to when and why Eley changed the lot numbering for the Remington branded ammo. But more curious to know if any of this was made after 2005. Anyone know how to date these lot numbers?

Interesting find Harold. That is the first Eley I have seen with that lot code format. Up to now, only seen it on the Remington branded stuff. Anyone know how to decipher date of manufacture on these? Did this come out before the 4105-4xxxx or after?

BTW, looked thru a few GB ads and found a couple other new numbers - 4305-40049 and 4105-40123
