Is the Volquartsen trigger that's made for the MK IV the same as the one they make for the MK II & III ? Or in other words are they all interchangeable ? How about the Volquartsen sear ?

To the best of my knowledge, the MK IV Accurizing Kit is slightly different. I just installed one in my MK IV Competition, and on the Volquartsen packaging data label it states "Acurizing Kit for the Ruger MK IV Pistol." For the Bolt Tune-Up Kit, the Volquartsen product works in all MK series variants.

The sear is different. They use the same hammer and disconnector. The new triggers that they make should fit any of them, though the older ones had a more squared off profile that might need some modification to fit a MKIV. I bought a "MKIII" trigger only from Brownells a few weeks back to go in a MKIV 22/45, and it was in new packaging and fit that model just fine. I had already bought a MKIV sear/bushing/disconnector from Joe Bob's (who still had just that stuff in stock, VQ quit making just those parts and focused on the full kit).
