The Green Cart was a Welding Cylinder cart. And the yellow one is a standard 2 wheel utility cart. Will try to upload more pics when finished with the project.

Gun cart..............

After having gone thru several gun cart versions a piece of advice I'll offer is to get a cart with bigger rather than smaller wheels, small wheels are very unstable of uneven ground. I secure my cased rifles to the cart with bungee cords though my current cart which I made from a garden hose reel cart has a bottom shelf which I use to transport the guns.

to gunsmith 10637, each rifle is secured by a bungee around the barrel and around the wood cross member. The green cart has 14" Via wheels/tires and the yellow has 10". I understand what you are saying about the larger wheels..I'm onlly using this from my Gun Room down to my shooting rang, about 100' distance.

Head over to CAS City forum, or SASS and check out all the cart ideas that the Cowboy Action Shooters use. No point trying to come up with something on your own, when they've been building and refining these things for 30+ years.

Best regards,
