NEW !! The ULTIMATE 22LR,22MAG,17HMR,17? Conversion
Chief Says : If your expecting a picture = Your out-a-luck this time. My new Rimfire Conversion , = Is without a dought the Ultimate of conversions. This system makes my other conversion
"10-22LR to 10-22 magnum", look like it was out of the 1950's.

Now theres NO trigger setback. NO adding holes to the receiver.
No notch to cut in the Receiver. NO jumping hammer spring . No
light firing pin strikes.

It will work with any 10-22 semiauto ever made. The guns modfications are at a minimum , requiring only conventional hand
tools "no machinist skills" , and can be completed in 10 minutes
even by a 10 year old. Theres NO "2 E-mails w/ 3 attachments ea.". Theres NO plans to complicate matters. Theres NO way to
screw it up or possibly damage your firearm.
In short , Its FOOL-PROOF . Even if you never cleaned a 10-22 ,you could do this conversion = yourself.

GOOD = Anyone who has a 10-22LR , Can now have the option
of having a 22 magnum , a 17HMR and/or a 17 LR , With nothing
more than buying the barrel for the caliber wanted.
With my conversion (parts) you can turn your present 10-22LR
into the ultimate " combo -gun".
If you can fit a barrel to it (any rimfire caliber) this baby will shoot it!

BETTER = You can turn it back into a 10-22LR at any time (in 10 minutes) or however long it takes you to swap the barrels.
It is a Conversion " NOT a SWITCH". After you modify your stock
to accept the larger magnum magazine= thats it. Tomarrow if
you decide to target shoot with it as a 22 LR. You will be able to
and even use the factory 22LR magazine : no cobble job-here:

BEST - Chief HAS GOT IT ,! no Lizard promises here! Its gonna
be Patented , therefore it cant be FREE. Afterall it is the CONVERSION "parts" = not plans like the older type conversion.
These install in 10 minutes. And uninstall in 10 minutes.

Parts are being made as we speak , Patent process starts Monday AM. The conversion parts will be available and marketed
at a more than fair price. Theres only one thing that could stop
the conversion from being marketed .
RUGER CO. could cut me a check for $1,000,000.00
Later they will wish they had. HOW many 10-22LR owners out there would like to shoot a 17HMR in their present "custom"
10-22lr. If they could ? would they bother buyin a 77-17 ? I think not.

PLEASE REPLY - WITH YOUR OPINION.
sorry - no pics or more informtion avail.
CD. "not VHS."

Questions

1. Does this mean that those of us getting ready to convert a 10/22 mag to 17 HMR should sit back for a minute and not order a bunch of parts?

2. You'll have everything I need?

3. For once my timing is good?

4. I guess I'm glad to know it's not one, but what the heck is
a "Lizard promise"?

You certainly know how to rouse a guy's curiosity CD!

Chief Says : DRob, This means : If you ever thought of converting
a 10-22 LONG RIFLE into a 10-22 MAGNUM or 10-17HMR it will
soon be possible.
Converting a 10-22 magnum to a 17hmr is no big trick. just swap
the barrels.

Lizard Promise = When a certain company " manufacturer" says
SOMETHING will be available at such and such a date. Yet never
produces it = thus breaking their promise. Also they repeat this
as often as possible . Using the same promise, same product, same excuses ,ect.

Chief,
will this work on the 10/22 clones, such as the AMT with its stainless trigger group and receiver?
I'm most interested!

I'm interrested also,

We dealt before on a scope that came out in my favor. I have 2 10-22 rifles in 22LR. One might as well be a 17HMR...Put me on that list if only to inform me of the availability of these conversion parts...I'll be looking for a good 17 barrel as well...Dallas

VERSATILE

Yep, I'm here with ya on this one Chief. If someone is gonna come into a gold mine, it might as well be you, Chief. I'm thrilled, personally. I'll take two. I've got a pair of 10/22's just laying around waiting for a gift from God ... this may be it.

GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS, THE UNITED STATES, ... AND CHIEF DAVE

:D If this were April 1 instead of December, I'd be waiting for the "April Fools" statement. HOWEVER, knowing how Chief Dave has been totally honest (OK, you in the corner, OUT), I'm willing to get behind this project and ask to have my name added to the list.
And also to Chief Dave: Merry Christmas, Santa!!;)

Chief Says : bradcdavis00 = No -one said it would still be
a semiauto. BWAHHHah!
No just kidding = thats not even funny.

I have done several different conversions in my time. I was
very supprised at my self on this one. " thinking" how come
no-one else ever came up with this idea , before.

There has been many good things made for the 10-22.
Automatic bolt release
Auto bolt release & magazine release combined
Last shot - bolt hold open device
Oversized charging handles
Oversize Safety heads

No , this conversion is definately " on the level " .
No maybe "might work". No gumsmithing needed , just an easy
way to change what you heve , into something you desire.

Chief Says : I do hope to have the provisional patent process
completed and prototypes available for others to test in 2 to
3 months, if the system does'nt fail and milling of parts goes
smooth.

Grendal magazines - work in 22 magnum = NO !
The 22 magnum magazine , like the 10-22 LR magazine incorporates an ejector intop the feed lip. The Grendal hi-cap
mag is totally different in configuration.
