How many options did you try to put in the poll?

Appears to be disabled for regular users.

Another forum that uses a similar version of vbb, poll options show up right below the Thread Subscription option at the bottom.

It shows for me and takes me to the options page when I check the post poll box.

Always a Timex on my left wrist.
I paid $24.99 for my current watch in 2002.

Every day since high school Frank. Used to be a $20 Timex but when I got married my wife bought me a Seiko. Not a common thing anymore except on gray haired geezers. Totally redundant with the advent of cell phones but I like it so I keep wearing it!

That and my wedding ring are first things on in the morning and last things off at night.

Right now a Garmin Forerunner "smart watch" that tells me if I'm alive, and how long I've got until my "body battery" (I kid you not!) runs down. It gets the job done nicely and has the distinct advantage of a decent back-light so this old phart can read it at night.

Alternately, a Citizen Eco-drive (never buy a battery) "Naismith Trophy" model which just tells time, and date. Simple, efficient, and waterproof - but the luminosity on the hands lasts about 2 minutes after lights out.

I enjoy wearing a watch again. I have 3 German Sinn's and 1 Tissot. I also own an iWatch 6, but it isn't worn that much unless I'm doing a lot of cardio.

I have a few, fairly ordinary watches. I rarely wear one though.

Yeah!

My name is Gcrank1, Im 68, and I like timepieces.......
Variously wristwatches and pocket watches, no digitals even though most are quartz with a retro look I have a couple vintage clockwork pieces. The best is my maternal g-father's railroad watch; he worked for the Milwaukee Road as did his father.
Gotta match the timepiece to the dress of the day, donchaknow.

I have a couple of pocket watches.

I'd have to ask my mom but I think one was issued to her dad when he was a bus driver or conductor (UK, early-mid 1900's)..

Hey I have about 5 pocket watches..When I was younger I always kept one hanging in my Car..Was never much for wearing a wrist one..I really do not care much for keeping track of time anyway Especially now since I retired back at 54..Now I pretty much just know Night time/Daytime. Summer time/Winter time.. Playtime..

Nope, I haven't worn a watch in decades. Between the leather strap making a stink (I worked as a mechanic then), or an expandable bracelet that kept tearing the hair out of my arm, I gave them up in the '80s. When I got an engineering job after uni, I had a pager on my belt, and since I retired, I just use my cell phone. I know people with watch collections. More power to them, it's what they enjoy.
