Just the thought of fighting in hockey get my blood moving and my puter fan running to cool it down. NY Trashers link might be a bit hot.
The Finn gifted me the NHL CENTER ICE package as a versary gift hence most televised games in the US & CA are available for live watching. Whoo hoo!! Tis much cheaper now than it was a bunch of years ago when I tried it.

Finally can't taste the latest ether they used to knock me out, that tainted the taste buds especially pounding water.

Home lung therapy device where one inhales to the max and attempt to hold it in, finally brought on some deep coughing to help clear the lungs to keep pneumonia at bay... SOP post surgeries. It would make a great bong Dlong, were it not made of plastic. Not to worry Splatz, no evidence of cancer from Agent Orange, or the Roundup used most carefully but copiously round the hunting shack, yet.

Sunny still air @ 33˚..... good luck TD, Sails, Dlong, Don, Phil, Wook, and all y'all in harm's way.

Yesterday Uro doc said go ahead with Eliquis today. Last week primary doc says use only Lovenox and wait till tonight, to keep stroke etc causing blood clots at bay Tudu, wondered Dr. Al even after a good discussion with my Finn, ret. nurse, about the pros n cons of both meds and playing the odds in my battle of life & death. Little big things.

Oh, a handful less than 500 Americans are still stuck in Afghanistan. Way to go ya stoopid filthy animals!!

When flying in to KPVD, I was always astounded at how many people have pools around there. I would have thought the season was somewhat limited.

I switched to KPVD vs KBOS for many of my trips to "Boston".. The ease of getting in and out, picking up a rental, more than compensated for the extra drive time.

Same with Newark when I had to go to NJ. Switched to Allentown, PA. Five minutes from pulling up the gate I was in a rental car, then driving on pleasant highways..

When down in Florida I try to hit every Rolex dealer around and throw my rap for the GMT Pepsi. So far Iím batting zero. Have to be a whale with a spend of 100k a year in the store to be considered. Iím a guppy. Like Rhody and his women, what would I do if I ever caught one.

Mine actually came from a dealer in FL who is a regular on a car forum I frequent.

Not my usual cup o'tea, but I kinda like it and the tune is catchy as well. Interviews w/the artiste are refreshingly honest, but he's Malaysian after all.

Its given me cause to smile this dreary morn.
Well I like a little Asian porn as much as the next guy but come on, that was beyond the pale.

I had trouble following the translation but then again I’m sometimes lost in here too.

Wednesday morning and all is well...

49F and looks like an UN-rainy day so far.

Overslept, am on my first cuppa joe.
In a little bit we'll go down by the river to see what we can see there.
This is all good, Mrs. Cow wants to test out her new lens and I'm wanting to work with the little Olympus OM-D instead of my workhorse Nikon.

It's nice to have options...

Have a good day, y'all

A nice sunny day ,here, in the Valley. Took the big Jeep for a spin to warm it up and then pick up some grub & drugs from town.

Many leaves comming down and trees changing color up on the mountain. Not many bright colors just brown & yellow. More wind & rain on Friday.

I know what squirrel is and have eaten it,that other stuff is unknown to me

Marmite (or Vegemite) is wonderful by itself, but is also a secret ingredient used by top chefs in many recipes, from authentic bolognese (NOT "American" meat sauce you get at Olive Garden!) for lasagna to chocolate desserts. Similar to Worcestershire sauce, just a dab'll do ya in most cases - but it's great slathered on toast!

Its flavor is known as umami and is the essential taste for many stews and broths, and even beer. Not many Westerners are as familiar with the term, but it is considered one of the 5 essential tastes and it's in virtually everything you eat. Not Marmite per-se, just the flavor. It's the "heartiness" or "robustness" of many foods.

Marmite is like "flavor extract"..

Half the world did not know what umami was till Iron chef japan was broadcast in this country.
