I always have one or two pair of earplugs in the watch pockets of my blue jeans (no watch pockets on my dress pants).

I bought a couple cheapo blue jeans made in China for work. The watch pockets are deep enough but way too narrow to fit a pocket watch. About all you can get in and out of that pocket is a fat magic marker.

Apparently the Chinese don't believe in pocket watches.

Wife has a "smart" phone, I have a dumb phone, as in flip phone. I wear Wranglers and my phone fits the watch pockets perfectly. I would rather do without my phone, I consider it a leash... might as well keep it might have to call my FFL friends.

I was a Levi's person also. I never even considered any other brand when buying jeans. I quit them when they closed the factory several miles south of me and moved production to some foreign country. If they rebuilt the factory I wouldn't go back to Levi's because of their anti 2A stance. I became a Wrangler's slim wearer and will remain so.

Wranglers Girls Jeans

Speak`n of girls jeans. Remember about 20 years ago when Wrangler made them girls jeans with a sorta horseshoe shaped seam all around the most attractive part of watch'n a girl walk? There was some line dance'n shoe on the TV that was even more fun to watch on account of those Wranglers

I wonder how many people today even know why it's called a watch pocket.
Are you saying it's not a pocket for condoms?

I wore Levis exclusively from when I was a kid, until about 15 years ago. When they started making them all over the planet, I couldn't often find two pair in the same size that fit the same. Wore through in the crotch and top corners of the back pockets faster too.

Friend at work said ditch Levis and try Wranglers. Been happily wearing them ever since. More comfortable and last way longer.

For my use, the watch pocket is better on Wranglers. Curved bottom fits the radius on the back of my small Spydercos perfectly, and my Fisher space pen still fits in there with it. I wish they'd put a watch pocket on both sides.

I keep my meds for the day in my watch pocket. The size of watch pockets vary a lot between brands.
The Wranglers I've worn for years have been re-designed and now have a tiny watch pocket. No bueno!

Use that pocket for change.

Used to be a Levi's wearer until they got all political. What a shame because I've been by their historical building (right next to Pauline's, a good pizza place). Oh well, what can you do?

Now it's Wranglers and Costco jeans.
