MARLIN 2000 RIFLES
It has the front sight and a scope toooooo!!!!and a by-pod!!!!!!!
Is the rear sight included?
You get the blue 2000 stock also.
I would buy it. That stock is one down from the at-one. I think it’s $174 plus shipping.
I’d pay 650 the way it sits.

No rear sight and the bipod doesn't come with it. He came down to 575$ I am pondering on it. I really don't need it I have a shul 150 and a savage anschutz model 64 I just really like it.

They aren't going to get any cheaper or more common.

MARLIN 2000 RIFLES
In the famous words of signalman1
“You know you want it!”
I like my 2000L just as much as my Annie 1411 match 54 and all my cz’s.
Every time I sit down to shoot it just makes me giggle.

As others have mentioned, and with a price adjustment of $575, I'd definitely buy it. Try it out once or twice and if it isn't your thing, make it close to factory and sell for $600 (you'll get that for sure) and then think about the extra stock and scope, easily get $200-$300 for those. Done deal!

Thank you people, With the pandemic I drug out my blue stocked 2000. What I found out was I couldn't see the 25 green circles with the iron sights, so with your help I looked at the receiver and saw it was grooved, and now I have a BKL 261 scope mount on the way. If I can shoot 230 or better I'll be happy in 2021....Notime2

I haven't seen one of these Marlin 2000s in a long time. Years ago my shooting buddy bought his daughter one. It came with the blue stock. It was( still is I'm sure) a great shooting rifle. IIRC he paid about $400 back then for it. Our club held a turkey and she won a turkey using that rifle. Picking up one is on my bucket list.

that's all Folks!
the ChampionChoice information is from 2009 2010 catalog page.
I don't know if they still carry anything for the 2000.
the only difference on the backcover is the test group from 1993.
Have a GREAT NEw YAR!!

I recently saw a laminated Marlin 2000 at a gun show without the rear sight but with a Tasco 8-32x scope mounted on it. I bought it for $420.00 and thought it was a great deal. Got the trigger down to 1# and shot it with a 36x scope in a one piece Pappas rest at 50 yards. CTC 5 shot groups with SKS+ ammo were .17"-.47" ( 4 groups ) and .15"-.43" ( 6 groups ) with Eley Black. Three of the smallest groups each had 4 shots in less than .1".
I am really impressed with it and am still working on shooting technique to improve consistency.
The 2000 has Micro Groove rifling with a match chamber. I used to have an 80DL with the Ballard rifling that would shoot many .25" groups but never one below .2" so this one is definitely superior.
Only about 5 of the 75 or so 22lr sporter/bench rifles I've had would ever shoot groups less than .2" so this is a keeper for me with great potential.
BTW, My best 3 rifles ( 2 Anschutz, 1 Mauser 410B ) will shoot under .1" groups with the same setup at times.

No "like" button available for your post! That sounds like a great purchase for a great price. Well done!

I am selling one of the 2 Marlin 2000's I bought last winter. Ad is in the Classifieds. The only difference between the two in shooting both finally yesterday is the stock marking belonging to the SSWSC. I was very impressed with how they shot. The center three targets are Win. Power Points.
