Jaia - I thought these were a different load. Mfg's website has these rated at 1,880 fps while the ones in your testing says 1,560 fps. Also, the website description doesn't mention having a copper plating.

CH, just visited the S&B company site.
Looks as if they discontinued 22wmr production.
On line shows 40 grain and 45 grain copper plated cartridges.
40 gr is 1880, 45 gr is 1560.
This may be a sale on the last of the S&B 22wmr.
