Picked this little beauty up a few months back and really enjoy it. This is my 4th 10/22...although the only one I currently own. Shoots like they all do...very accurate and feeds the cheapest ammo. I did put the BX trigger in it.

Thanks guys...I do plan on adding one of the Magpul takedown models to the stable. These 10/22s are ridiculous amounts of fun.

That is a very nice model. I have a walnut sporter and if I get another 10-22 it will be an International. I am not really a big fan of the carbine with a plastic or hardwood stock.

I like the international and my local shop has a nice one with a stainless barrel and really nice walnut. I am tempted to buy it. They also have one with a black barrel and walnut stock but it doesn’t have as nice of wood and just doesn’t do anything for me. I wonder how the international would look with a rimfire scope mounted? Anyway, the international stock has grown on me.

Do it. I have one. I put a fixed leupold 4x on it and bx trigger in it. Kidd charging handle kit.

Beautiful Ruger.
As I've posted in the past, I have 2 French walnut stock 10/22's. Makes for a fine looking sleek appearing rifle.
Even my non-shooting enthusiast friends are drawn to the French walnut look.
Very well balanced, and one of the most natural feeling off hand shooters.

just glad that Talo has the good sense not to do that hideous laser engraving on some of these

can't imagine one of these with an animal or farm scene plastered all over it

like this one

Very nice, I may just have to add one. I'm a lover of nice wood stocks and yours puts my deluxe sporter stock to shame.

I must agree with you about the alligator and boar stocks.

I have a French Walnut and a Farmer.......... these were bought to display and not to shoot.

I have a total of ten 10/22's and only shoot about half of them. Some just look KEWL on the mantle in the TV room.

I don't mind the engraved/carved stocks when Talo does it to the different laminates, or some plain jane wood species...per se

just bugs me when they try to "enhance" something that already has a really nice figure and grain structure to it..
