Very good Carl. So fortunate to have a home range like a few of the guys here. I envy all of you. Is that a 100 yard target on the wall. Jack has challenged me to air it out at 100 as he says. Great fun here at the Fun Match.

Yesterday was the least polluted in the last 4 days, and it still folks like this.

Photo taken a 1:00pm with zero cloud cover.

Straight up photo without any zoom. If you look at the buildings under the one-way sign in left portion of the photo, those buildings are only 450 yards away.

Interestingly the hillside on the right is about a 1/2 of a mile away.
Anyway it's pretty bad.

Thanks Lonny. You whooped me with your other two CZ's. You're allowed 4 targets per gun per month. Plenty of time to chase me with your Varmint, I only got you by one point. Stepping up the ammo ladder for my next try, the price of Fun is going up.

Stan and Smooth hang in there. Seasonal changes are coming and hopefully those areas can get some lower jet streams to push it out of there.

Thank you Ken. Lonny is kicking butt with those CZ's. I'm going to have to work real hard on the CZ green monster monthly match.

So yes I did get out as stated and did enjoy some early Fall weather this morning. When I got to the range it was sunny and a light breeze around 11 MPH. I set up flags and my Windacater. Temperature was about 58F. I started off with a couple 50 Yd iron sight targets hoping to better my September score. shot two targets 200/12X and a 200/15X. Had one 100 yard target set up for a sighter. While getting zeroed in the wind picked up to 14-16 mph with a lot of gust. It blew so hard it knocked over my windacater and broke the pivot off. What a bummer. It's been used twice.

I'm here to tell you this 100 yd iron sight target is a blast. Need to find a match to use up all these target I bought. Shot at four targets number one being my sighter. Target two winds laid down. Target three I should have not shot but did for experience. Target four winds were straight in my face and steady.

Got some 50 yard evaluations of RWS Special Match and had to really watch the conditions. Was in no hurry so it all worked out. this is a random sample out of 8 lots tested today.

Very nice shooting on the A23/5's Lee. Very respectable scores!
And the #4 100 yarder That is exceptional. I know because I shot those matches quite a bit. And target #2 is a beauty also! Did you hear the bullet's hit the target?

Thank you Jack. Yes I waited for it each shot before I released the trigger.

Great Job Lee

Thanks for the complements everyone

Everyone would've laughed if you saw me shootin the 512 , about every 3rd shot I reached to pull the bolt back for the next round dang confusing auto loaders
I still can't believe how good the 512 did.

Ken I know what you mean with the price of Fun is going up
6 months ago I was more than happy with Geco Rifle on paper, now I prefer using SK or Lapua but it does leave me with more ammo for longer range steel.

Stan I hope you don't mind that we have turned your Fun Shoots into the Fun Shoots Plus Everything Else Shot.

Lonny

Great targets Lee. I use a similar target for 100M with peeps. I wish we had a bit less wind here as I prefer the 100M with the irons over any other shooting. What ammo did you use?
