I'm not expert but Hornady Case Lube 393299 (ontains wax) seems to work ok for me. Have my groups improved? No clue, I'm not that good.

Lube

I tried several lubes a few years ago and got best results with Thompson Center Bore Butter which is marketed as a black powder bullet lube.

Alrighty now...we've weighed, measured rim thickness, applied a variety of lubricants,
spent an inordinate amount of time and effort attempting to improve results on target,
all because someone, somewhere, had a random act of accuracy after doing so,
and then attributed that single 5 shot group to all that time and effort spent.

Good thing we're all so easily entertained, eh?

Hey, Al, is it true that if you nave enough Preparation H you can do piles of ammo?

On a more serious note, some of you may have noticed how much "excess" lube there is on SK Magazine. I had several old boxes of Midas with dried up lube, and a friend here on RFC suggested tumbling them with an equal number of SK Magazine cartridges. (To avoid confusion as both cases have the same head stamp, I dabbed a black magic marker on the bottom of each Midas case before tumbling.) It worked very well -- and the SK Magazine cases came out just little less greasy too.
