Relisting ads

Log in to see fewer ads
If I post an ad for a set period of time, can I relist it to bring it back to the first page of ads? For instance, if I post for 6 days, does the system ask if I want to repost when the ad expires?

I could not find an answer by searching, or maybe I missed it...

Thanks, djc

Hi DJ, from the Trading Post Rules and Etiquette..."Items may be relisted only once per week. More often than that is considered spamming."

So I'd say you'd be safe relisting every 8th day. Pretty sure the system won't offer you that choice, you'll have to do it manually.

Good luck with your sale item.

Post the advert for one week. At the end of the week you should get an automated message telling you the advert has expired. Follow that link to get back to your advert and you should find near the bottom an option for "list an identical item." That relists the advert complete with all photos but without any previous comments to the advert. From there you can choose edit to change the price if desired.
