That's a nice piece of wood there. Thanks for posting. Hmmm..... I could probably sell my LH Lux for $650-700 or so, and end up with upgrade the wood for a reasonable fee....

Morning Doug sir your not the only one who would make changes to have such a fine looking CZ rifle like this. I think this is the best looking factory stock I have seen on a Lux.

Is this the factory finish? My LH 452 Lux looks like it might have some decent figure, but the factory stain is so muddy it almost looks like painted wood.

Hmm, I wonder if CZ used a different process or product on pieces that were really well figured. I have seen a really nice 452 like the one pictured above being advertised as "special order" or something to that effect. Was there such a method for getting premium wood? My understanding was that it was just luck of the draw.
