Got my rifle, and have it all cleaned up and oiled. I found a faint date stamp of 1935, along with a "T" in triangles on top of barrel just ahead of receiver. Tula arsenal? The "3" in the date is hard to see in the close-up, but its dated 1935.
I'll get some pics up after Church today. Maybe others who know more about this rifle will weigh in.

Where was the stamp marking, also if you look at this thread https://www.rimfirecentral.com/forums...d.php?t=288205 there is a table that shows a connection with the letter at the start of the serial number, is this a match with the date stamp?
Got my new scope and bi-pod just in time starting on Thursday ill be on holidays for a week and a bit, so i heading out to a propriety to get rid of some bunny’s (big pest in this country and myxo and calici seem to be doing not as much damage to the populations that they did some time ago.
