Just for fun, here's some of my .416 Rigby cartridges.

Not quite sure what you are asking, but in the comments section I always put the date I acquired the item, and from where.

Nice selection of 416 Rigbys there, those are not cheap for sure. Is the second from the right a "dummy" round?

I almost bought a Ruger # 1 in 416 Rigby when they first came out (maybe late 80s early 90s) until I started trying to find brass, bullets, etc. They had not caught up yet and were in short supply, so I went with the 375 H&H.

That is a proof round with a cadmium-plated case. Rounds from left to right have the following headstamps.

1. RIGBY .416 NITRO K
2. F C 416 RIGBY
3. JOHN RIGBY & Co. 416 (bell)
4. PROOF 416 PROOF B
5. RIGBY .416 NITRO K
6. ICCA 1983 416 (bell) RIGBY
7. PROOF 416 PROOF B Cadmium Plated Case
8. B.E.L.L. 416 RIGBY

My mistake on the last round being a .416 Ruger. I have 2 images, the other has the Ruger round in it for comparison. I'll fix the photo post.

Round 6 is a dummy made for the International Cartridge Collectors Association in 1983, which is now known as the International Ammunition Association.

Found a use for that box of 25-20 I mentioned at the start of the thread. A friend has an elderly 25-20 that he shoots lever action silhouette with, he has done me a favor several times over the years so I gave him the box of cartridges. He was very pleased to get them and I was pleased to have done him a good deed so everyone came out on top.
