Breath control is very important. You've already seen how your breathing can affect your accuracy. You need to stop breathing during the shot. Suggest that once you have everything lined up and ready, inhale and then release a bit of it before you hold it. Now focus on sight alignment and trigger control. Make sure your trigger finger isn't touching any part of the rifle except the trigger...and slowly squeeze.

This works for me...

I have the same scope as you, on my cz 452 silhouette. Something i noticed is cheekweld is very important. Have your head and cheek and stock in the same alignment every time. This will position your eye the same and help with consistency.
