Complete AR for $310, no shipping, plus your local dealer FFL cost ($15-$25 in my area)

Just built one for fathers day, so I don't need yet another... but I gotta wonder... how much cheaper can they go?

Complete upper for $160 - free shipping - https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-...us-bcg-ch.html

Lower build kit - $110 - everything but the lower receiver - https://palmettostatearmory.com/a2-rifle-build-kit.html

PSA bare lower - $40 - https://palmettostatearmory.com/psa-stealth-lower.html

I went to the upper link and it was $280. At $160 I would have bought one for a spare.

Even at $280 for the complete upper, that's still a pretty good deal on a basic AR, total cost is at $430 - not bad!

AT $160 for an upper, yeah, that's a smoking hot price.

Think it may have been a daily deal ... or someone messed up and they fixed it quick

Anyway, several complete uppers at the $200 price point... so still under $400.

I paid $500 *wholesale* for an Olympic AR in '91 .. gas was $1.50 per gallon and min wage was $3.50.

Doesn't seem like a good deal to me when you can go to grabAGun and get a DPMS Panther for $399 or a DelTon 316 Echo for $439 and a EVRY low shipping charge.
Either one of these is a good rfile, complete and using that manufacturers parts.
I'm not a gas impingement or AR fan but I bought a DelTon Sport from them 2 years ago or so and it's been a good rifle.Good enough for basic range shooting and plinking the only thing I did to it was add a magPul flip up rear sight.
As a matter of fact I liked it enough to buy a DelTon 20" HB AR from them.I've got a few decent scopes sitting here and I'm trying to decide which one to use on the 20" DelTon.
My serious AR is a POF 00597,18" HB fluted floating barrel and floating handguard, piston operated.

A good barrel will cost $250 and a Mil Spec BCG around $130. If someone is selling complete uppers at $280 the quality is suspect IMO.
