Ok, not good with smileys, but I tried. Keep the matchdot II on and it fits just fine. Thinking about getting a nikon rimfire scope also though for longer longer range shooting and will need to get some qd rings for both.

What are some good QD rings? I have seen some posted here, but I'm not real excited about spending $50 on rings, but I also want some that are going to last/hold zero prettywell. The rings I have now hold zero pretty well when breaking apart and putting back together (the gun not the scope). Any suggestions?

I put a Nikon p-22 bdc scope on mine, it stays on when taken down and stored.

I use leupold QRW rings. They are very good, light weight and return to zero very well. Quick Release Weaver
