How to ship ammo and primers and powder

I recently left a job at the largest distribution center for small arms and ammo in the US so I know a thing or two about the regulations.

Ammo packages need to be marked as "ORM D small arms ammunition".
Ammo must NEVER EVER be in the same package as a firearm...even if the ammo is not the same caliber as the firearm. But you can have other "normal" items in that package... magazines, books, etc.
Ammo must be ground shipped.
Ammo can be shipped with consumer commodity(cleaning solvents..etc.) but must be labeled as ORM D small arms ammuntiion AND ORM D consumer commodity.
Ammo and consumer Commodity packages MUST be signed for by an adult (even though that rarely happens).
Ammo must be shipped through fedex or ups ( I think ups still allows? I have only dealt with fedex).
Ammo cannot be shipped through regular postal service.
Do not get cute and not mark the packages correctly or follow the proper procedure.... if you get caught, oh man...I wouldn't want to be you.

Shipping Gun Powder And Primers is a whole other level.

When shipping gunpowder, absolutely NOTHING else can be in that package.
When shipping primers, absolutely NOTHING else can be in that package.
You must use special stickers and labels when dealing with powders and primers.
You must use EXACT weight measurements when shipping powders and primers
And ground only for powders and primers.
I wouldn't even attempt to ship powder or primers myself, one little misstep and you are in a world of trouble.
