Brought home a new Model 60SS. It is shooting about 1 1/2 inches to the right of the bulls eye. tried to tap the rear sight base to the left . Only moved about 1/32 and cant get it to move any more even with a good drift smack. Still shoots to the right about an inch. Seems to be the end of the dove tail. Any suggestions ? Thanks in advance. Gary G

Maybe remove it and file the sight down a little. Be careful, don't do too much.

Oil or Liquid Wrench overnight. Then tap it with a brass drift. The key is to have barrel well supported when you smack it so all the force goes to the sight.
