This was my first Fun Match (won't be the last) and my first time out with my new CZ 452 Trainer. I must say.....I love this rifle.
Now maybe this question was asked earlier in the thread, but, when you indicated in the rules that we were not permitted to use a rest or bypod, did you also mean don't lean against a tree? I don't think I've ever shot at squirrel without leaning against a tree.??. Just kiddin' you, I shot off-hand.
I was hoping for better shooting on my part but man, a 3 cm brain is a small target.
BTW - The info on the target indicates that the conditions were good.
You know, it looks like you might have a winner in the Superstock Bolt area if you wanted to post it there too, Chromie!
yeah so it seems....but I don't even have a SS bolt, and very seldom visit, because I'll be spending more money on one of those next....lol....
anyone that wants can copy and paste the rules in SS bolt, or I can if someone wants to keep up with it but I am not interested in hosting another game right now....
OK...I think I'm finally within the rules Another beautiful morning in Michigan. I made some new shooting sticks last night and decided to try them out. Just two arrows tied together with a cobra stitch.
I had a hard time finding the right ammo out of my stock of test ammo. It finally worked out. I really expected the shooting sticks to be just like a bipod NOT You still dance around like crazy....even @ 4x This was done sitting supported on the sticks.

Nice shooting, and good idea for the shooting sticks, I'll have to give that a try.

BTW - What better way to start your day? Get out the ol' 22 and do some shootin'. I love it.
