i met a guy from russia, kaliningrad. i asked him to drop by here
and see if he could answer any questions you guys might have
about anything. i met him on the suhl forum where he was asking
about tuners for the suhl he had just bought. since then i've got
to know him and russia a little better through emails. i'll ask him
to stop by again and check this thread for questions. interesting
if i understood him right to buy a gun there you have to buy a gun
there in person, no shipping. no pistols allowed. they shoot at an
old german range that was left over from when the germans lived
there. seems like a pretty good fellow. so post any questions here
and i'll ask him to stop back. thanks tom.

tom c. .... Have you heard from him?

tom c.
sergy asked a question: https://rimfirecentral.com/forums/sho...7&postcount=64

I think I found an answer for him: Biathlon Basic: Adjust Trigger Pull

I sent him a private message ... no response.
I sent him an email ... no response.

Have you heard from him?

i'll email him, usually i don't hear back from him for a few days
mainly on the weekends, he said he works as a jeweler, has a wife
and young kid. i didn't know how tight things were there as far as
communications and ability to order out of country and all that.
i guess it's a lot more like here now in some ways than i thought.
i'll post some of his pictures here. i thought if he had a thread he
could go to then he could just check there. thanks guys. i didn't
understand what he was talking about when he said he shot on an
old german range until i looked up kaliningrad on wikipedia. interesting history.

it's funny at first i was worried he might get in trouble emailing
people out of his country, guess things have changed quite a bit.

my mothers side. But not from that part of Prussia.
Interesting history indeed.

My father's side was from Prussia also in the 1820's. Have to check the area.

Hello friends. I am sorry that I could not come to you sooner. There was a lot of work, and my wife grumbled if I stay too long on the computer.
I would be glad to help than I can.
As you may have noticed our shooting range much lower than the shooting range that you usually use. What we have is in its infancy. Hope everything will soon be much more appealing. Our rifles were available to citizens only in the early 90's. Previously only available shotguns. A shooting range for shotguns do not need.
There are plenty of military firing nearby. Unfortunately access to them is impossible.
I apologize in advance if I respond with a delay.
