My latest put-together (so easy, it's hard to call it a "build" ):

Black late model 10/22 receiver.

CPC bolt and trigger

Standard six-position collapsible stock

DPMS free-floating carbine fore-end

17” Magnum Research .17 HM2 graphite barrel and heavy bolt handle

Volquartsen comp (Stabilization Module )

Simmons 1.5x-5x 32mm Pro Hunter scope

Cool 9x19.

What does the barrel weigh and how well does the VQ stabilizer work with the .17 bullets?

The barrel weighs 13.8 ounces... the stabilizer works fine... not sure it actually does anything, but I like the look!

Here is mine:

-Trigger rebuild by Hornet Customs
-Nordic Components System
-Magpul CTR buttstock
-YHM quadrail forearm
-Tactical Solutions 16" fluted barrel
-CAA C-27 pistol grip
-Aimpoint red dot knock off (I might try switching to the cantilever mount it came with to raise the site another .5")

The only thing I'm thinking of still adding is a vertical forearm grip.

Updated pic. New Zimmerman Arms 16" barrel. Waiting on a new scope as my 6-18x40mm airgun scope doesn't have enough elevation since I like to shoot my .22's (GSG-5, Nordic AR22, 10/22, Charger) at 100 yards.

ntm,

Is that an Noveske KX3, or something similar (less expensive)? Nice build!

Hi Christopher,
It's a noveske kx3 clone, not really any cheaper though.
Identical in construction and function.

Well, here it is...

Bbl went right in, no problems. The blueing is not the greatest, but that does not concern me. I need to zero it again, but the bbl seems to shoot well. Just the cool factor alone makes me feel in love all over again.

That is AWESOME!

The M4 barrel will be a perfect match with the CH22 receiver!
Thanks for the confirmation, craiso!
