you can find them in the $20-$30 range. There were some at the local gun shop for $20 but I passed because I was not sure if they were 1st or 2nd gen and after hearing of long waits I didnt want to have to go through that. Is there anyway to tell if the mags are 1st or 2nd w/o loading them ?

buck.wheat- I think you are talking about the metal/aluminum ones that somebody was making in the U.K. or something? I don't believe I have heard any updates on that ones.

I have bought one of the eagle mags and it works ok except for one problem. It seems to keep pushing the front of the bullet too low and they get booggered up. Any quick fixes?

bigbenmsu- You bought one of the older or "first-generation" mags. Call Eagle and send it back to them; they will replace it for you.

Is there a "visual" difference between these 1st gen mags and the new ones?

I had a couple come in yesterday and they were complete crap. Spring/ramp binding, misfeeding, not seating. I'm hoping for the sake of being able to get a replacement that these are the old versions..

You can't email them, you have to call them. Their number is on their website: Eagle-International.com.
