Rigrat, thanks! Yours is really coming along too. This is also my first time to try anything like this out. In fact I got some questions for you, but will PM instead of clogging up this thread.

I got some done waiting for the office to vacate so that I could lock up, and was able to use my high speed. Here from home with the dial-up, it is a bit more of a challenge though. I still got some more updates done, and also got some of the pages "cleaned" up a bit.

Thanks JJ,

Mines nothing special, but its mine.

Not sure I'll have the answers but maybe together we can figure it out, LOL.

Is fun though, and I'm quite enjoying it.

Lightbulb SS your way.

Hi sawdust,

would you mind if I hosted the pictures for the SS sticky and had Vincent re-post them. for some reason they are missing and i was hoping you wouldn't mind if we rebuilt the thread. It was a great work and lots of people still refer to that (this).

Thank You,
MK

ps: I tried sending this in a PM but your box is full....

I believe rigrat has a copy with pictures intact. Look in his signature line.

Here's the link

I did this mod as instructed... I added set screws, rounded out the hammer hump.. Only thing I didn't bother with was making my own trigger reset spring, because I have no problem with the original (perhaps that's the problem?).

I adjusted my screws so I had a nice trigger pull, and went to the range only to find my rifle won't cycle. It'll load the next round, but it won't re-cock the hammer.

Suggestions? Please?
