Sooo...

A buck and a quarter looks to be too much.

Just out of curiosity, what is an OEM 10rnd LR mag worth these days?

Inquiring minds and all that...

That is the first 10 round mag I've seen for sale separately in a few years.

Last year I bought a Biathalon that had 1 five and 5 ten round magazines for $900 just to get the 10 round mags and have another spare gun.

Needed the 10 rounders for two guns used in PRS matches and when you never see them for sale you pay what you have to pay to get them.

Not like a few years ago when you could find the guns and mags easily and cheap.

Crazy as it sounds if you're wanting one you're gonna pay or convert Marlin 10 rounders which do work well when shimmed.

With the price of the 7-2’s what they are and the rarity of 10rnd mags, my thought is you paid decent market price for your deal at that time. Couple that with an actual need for the items for competition (vs buying one just to try out), you made out well.

First one I snagged off GB 6yrs ago was about $500 delivered and I was happy to get it. It has since seen more than a few mods and gets more use than everything else combined. “There are many like it, but it is mine...” and to me well worth every dollar in cost and hour in mods.

On a side note, I do want to try that Marlin Mag Mod but just haven’t gotten to it.

Well, looks like that price is above the current market value price point.

Been viewed 50 times, no takers.

Curious if the availability of the “Marlin Mod” might be depressing the market price a bit as well.

Gee $125US for a plastic magazine... I should have stocked-up when I got my 7-2. I can't remember the price of the 10rds, but the 5rds where $15/piece.

Anyway, I tried the marlin-mod, and while not the prettiest... it works just fine.
