100yd poker target

I finally got to the range yesterday for the first time in two months. Attempted to shoot some of the poker targets. I'll just say I kept them all on the paper. This is waaaay out of my league.
I went back to Sept. of last year and had a blast reading the comments back forth between you guys. I look at some of the targets and wonder how in the heck anyone can do that. If I shoot a decent target it will be pure luck.

Of all the targets we shoot, the poker target is the toughest.

I can no longer use my company laptop to establish the thread. Also I'm on vacation, when I get home I will try and use the wife's laptop. To start the October thread. Thank you Jaia for posting the link to the target.

Thanks.

That target looks fun,,,
But wouldn't any shooter always go for four aces?

A Royal flush beats 4 aces.

You'd think it would be that easy Aaron.
Until you realize it's worst edge scoring,
and if you even touch the outer border or a joker or the same card twice
you have to fold that target and start all over.

Every shot has to stay entirely inside the limits of the card you aim at.
Even touching the lower value card adjacent to it gives you the lesser card.

I don't know how to post a link but if you go back to a page between 80 and 85 and find the 100yd challenge you will find the guidelines and targets that were shot Sept. 2018.

Thanks for posting the rules,,,

Thanks for posting the rules,,,
Now it makes a whole lot more sense to me.

Some buddies and I used to do something similar with our handguns,,,
We used real playing cards at 25 yards.

I believe this version would be more fun.
