Wrangler 156 bucks

I was searching for the Wrangler, and found a low price of 156 bucks........

that is definitely gonna give the Heritage a hard time !!

Either the Heritage prices will be cut, or Ruger will rule the roost !

I will get one for the heck of it at that price !

Of course, nobody has them right now, so I got on the list.

Ok, so $14.95 to ship and ~$25.00 transfer fee. I think I'd rather pay my LGS a few more bucks and be done with it.

9.75 sales tax, 10 dollar phone call to Tennessee instant check, 209.00 for the

pistol equal 239.38, plus a wait till ? Or find one on line say 160, plus 15 shipping,

plus 15 transfer plus 10 instant check equal 200, plus a wait ? I will get mine

online, Sooner than local will get them, for 40 bucks less.......Yep . !!

One on Gun Broker sold for $315 plus shipping.

I have had mine over a week and and have been shooting it,. I paid less than $200 shipped, then $20 to the LGS.
Yeah, I coulda waited and bought one cheaper, but it was worth some to me to have it now.
I have been out shooting mine playing with it putting on wood grips etc while most of the world is talking about em.
It won't have been that much more in the long run anyways, I betcha.
Besides, it was a Birthday present, and I am a very happy camper.

You only have to suit yourself, and I say go for it !!! If it makes you happy,

then nobody has a thing to say about that !!! Enjoy, and Happy Birthday !!

I can wait anyway after that Kirby enabled me to get a Bisley.......oh, I polished it up and wait for new grips......

I bet the new grips on the Wrangler look awesome ! Can we see some pictures please?

$156 + 14.95 shipping + 10 transfer = $180.95 (no sales tax) I'm willing to wait awhile to get one for that price.

I just can't get past that ugly finish,,,

I just can't get past that ugly finish,,,
And the fact that it's got a shorter barrel than I like.

I'm a 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 Inch barrel guy myself.

Good on Ruger though for diving into the shallow end of the pool for a change.

The Heritage pistol has served me well three times as gifts to college graduates,,,
I might consider a Wrangler the next time I need a graduation gift,,,
I have to see one in person before I can make up my mind

Aarond

P.S. Fortunately for me I own a Colt Frontier Scout,,,
My rimfire SA itch is scratched just fine.
