Well, miracles do happen. I got home last night and a check from Remington for $100 was in the mail. It took a little over three months, but persistence paid off.
I didn't know Remington had customer service I thought Henry bought it as WOW do they have it. Real people answer the phone & care & do what they say say, I know it scared me at first too. Like I spepped into a time machine
