Christmas came a little early this year and now I have a reason(s) to post in the
Ruger 10-22 section. Since I joined RFC My posts have been split between CZs and Smith&Wessons mostly.
I was gifted a new Ruger 10-22 and a ATI StrikeForce Stock , I had been wanting a "Black" 22 for a good while, pretty cool huh. The thing is ,this is the new 10-22 that I received:

Yeah, a Talo- Walnut Mannlicher stock and Stainless Steel model ,way too nice to mess with. So,a little trading and I came up with a plain 10-22 for the ATI stock:

I have to say the little black rifle and Simmons red dot is a BLAST to shoot. I think I put 200 rds thru it the day I got it together.
The full stock is still unfired at this time.
Sure was a great way to get started in the 10-22 forum.

Nice, I literally just happen to see the mannlicher 10/22 listed minutes ago and you already have one, lol

Sorry, though I've never handled either, got to say the mannlicher has much more presence than the "tactical". The ATI just looks cheap. Just my opinion.

Yeah ,your right the ATI is a cheap stock,but ,I like the idea of the adjustable /folding stock and later maybe a verticle grip with a built in bipod. Or maybe a verticle grip with a flashlight-or laser sight the options are almost endless.
The after market stocks can make a good hard working rifle into a really fun rifle .
