Thumbs up Tram

That's a slick looking rifle. How do you like that center-point scope? Do you run a bipod on that? Are all Kidd triggers that shape, I'm a fan of traditionally curved triggers.

The scope is great for my purposes.. I've yet to let a can or a piece of paper get away!

The Kidd is waaay overkill.. I'm not a competition shooter, I just thought I'd try it and like it.. I'm about to do my own trigger job and see if I can get the stock down to 2.5lbs.. If I can, and like the way it shoots, the Kidd may be traded on 1,000rounds of 7.62x39..

I believe you can get a traditional trigger, I bought this trigger group here on the board and that's the trigger it came with - I really like it though..

That's alot of rounds for a trigger but then again I'm not sure what those triggers go for. Thanks for the info on the scope and trigger.

I've heard of people cutting the top off their mag and gluing/JB Welding it to the Ruger mag so it sits flush under the rifle....that's probably what that one is. Looks like a Mini 14 mag?

Finally got around to taking some pics. She's been done for almost a year now, but I hadn't posted anything about it because of that whole "no pics, no gun" thing.

-Bell & Carlson Varmint stock
-RT Quantum barrel
-RT Reverse Blow compensator
-RT Black Manganese Parkerized bolt
-RT Black Helical Twist charging handle assembly
-Trigger group with all the VQ usuals and some TLC
-UTG Picatinny Tactical scope rail
-Burris Xtreme Tactical rings
-BSA Sweet 22 scope
-Harris 6-9" bipod

She has an affinity for soda cans at 100 yards.

Cheers.
