When I click on the photo the info on the right with the IMG code does not come up. Can't figure out why. I used to work until they changed it again.

Thanks for the link to the Federal box info. Saved it to my favorite list. Amazing the information that is out there and how helpful everyone here always is. Thanks all!

Went back to photpbucket and finally figured out how to fix it. Went to settings. They looked fine. Hit save and guess what? Works fine now. Need to work on my phone camera skills now.

Other old .22 & air gun ammo boxes

The clear plastic one is actually a .22 box also, from Hirtenberger, but the paper liner with the branding is long gone.

Yup. That's how they were cased. Wish I had bought a whole case instead of just two of the 600-round cans.

Not rimfire, rather an old .300 Savage box. It still has 15 of the original rounds manufactured anywhere from 1948 up to 1955. I found it at my dad's house - was originally my great grandpa's. I have the Savage 99 from the same lineage that these belong to as well!

Ammo Porn!. Back in the day they were quite descriptive to sell there product. Got a lead on a slightly used Remington 700 Stainless in .300 Win Mag.
