I have an opportunity to buy blued MKii with a 10" barrel for $425. Is that a fair price...it's been a while since I've purchased a used .22 pistol. It's in like new condition.

I rarely see them go for less than 600, if you want it jump on it you won't be disappointed.

A 10" MKII? Like new condition? $425? These don't surface very often. If it was me, I'd get the cash and go take a look at it before it's gone. Even if it was less than "like new", it would probably come home with me.

If I wasn’t too far I’d buy it if you don’t want it!

I'm not even interested in owning one but if I saw one in like new condition for $425 I would probably buy it. Yes that's a great price ...as mentioned above they are generally selling in the $600-$800 price range in the condition you describe.

Very nice ...includes the box & paperwork as well ...make sure you hang on to that . The whole package with the MK II 10" in excellent condition complete with box & paperwork for $425 is a great deal . I would expect to see something like that sell on Gunbroker in the high $600 price range . You don't see the 10" model very often . In I've only seen one.
As I said in an earlier post I am not looking for another MK II but if I had come across this I would have been VERY tempted.
