I think it's starting to get better! My local shop just got some 22lr. He has a couple boxes of 22 hornet, some 218 bee, probably 10 boxes of 17 hornet. Says .223 is available and some pistol calibers are showing up now, 9mm and .45.

Maybe we've turned the corner. Could also be a lot of people back to work and not shooting!

I have been looking for 22 hornet brass for several months. There is no corner in sight for that caliber. Burt

Lucked into a bunch of hornet brass a year ago. I'm set for the foreseeable future. Bullets are more of a problem. Powder might be. I need to check my supply. I'm getting another rifle and will probably be working up 2 loads.

I haven't purchased any .22 Hornet ammunition or brass, in two years. I was browsing one website the other day and saw some .22 Hornet ammo in stock. Also noticed it cost three times the price I paid a couple years ago. It's nice to see some ammo and reloading components returning, but checkout the prices!!

Local Walmart had lotsa 22 ammo this week..Boomgars too..Boomgars are asking ripoff prices though for 22 380 and 9mm, I bought none from them....Walmart had CCI, Federal Bulk, and Winchester super X..Though they had it priced normal and quite a bit at Walmart..I passed there too on the .22...Just have plenty for now..It will only become more available weekly and cheaper as we go also..

That is encouraging carbineone, I am still waiting for some 17HMR. I bought a Winchester 17HMR, only got one box of ammo. I have plenty of ammo for my other firearms, just seemed like a real life catch 22. I have been shooting 22 Hornets and 218 Bee lately with some 223 thrown into the mix.

Boomgars had quite a bit of 17 HMR here today too..Never looked at the price as I have a 17 HM2 and rarely see that in stock locally..

I do remember the 9mm in bulk was I think 399.00 for 500 rounds..Very high..It may have only been a 400 pack too..

Stopped at Cabela's on Saturday and the prices were not that bad considering with the exception of .22's. I did pick up two boxes (25) of Winchester 00 12 gauge shells.

When I was in the store they had Remington buckets and I can't remember the price but it was outrageous.
